Genevieve Nnaji replaces Funke Akindele in Avengers cast list

The news about Funke Akindele's involvement in the Avengers movie broke the internet last week, however, the 80man cast has been reduced to 71, with the exclusion of the Nollywood star's name. However, on the other hand, what seems to confusing, is the inclusion of Genevieve's name on the list, appointed the same role given to Funke Akindele.

On the issue of Funke Akindele's removal, Nigerians seem to be pretty upset about it, and have already shown their disinterest in seeing the movie at the proposed released date. All to be done right now is to wait and find out which nollywood stat eventually makes it to the final screening.
