Vincent and Kompany are crowned EPL CHAMPIONS.

Manchester City  are English Premier League champions after Manchester United lost 1-0 to relegation threatened West Brom at Old Trafford on Sunday.

On a day that United put in another flat performance with Pogba being substituted at half time, City will lift the title for the third time in seven years. 

Only last week, United defeated their city rivals at the Etihad stadium after coming from behind to stun the home fans who were in high spirits expecting to lift the trophy by after leading 2-0 at half time but goals from Pogba and Smalling delayed the celebrations.

Today, they have been confirmed Premier league champions after United lost in front of their home fans to the bottom club and City defeated Tottenham at Wembley yesterday.
